Mécanisme pour le Développement Propre en Tunisie

Thanks to its central position in the Mediterranean Sea, the strength of its economy and the preferential agreements made with many partner countries, Tunisia offers the access to many markets for the companies which seek to develop their activities. Despite its limited natural resources, Tunisia succeeded in maintaining an economic and social development which constitutes, today, a model and a source of inspiration for the developing countries. The Tunisian population (9.9 million) is provided with a sufficiently high purchasing power which allows them an increasingly important access to consumer good and equipment. In less than one decade, the income per capita doubled, this is an evidence of the exemplary development of the Tunisian economy.
